This policy explains how OFS — Owner For Sale (ofsthai.com, part of the WholeVoyage network) collects and uses your information.

1. Information we collect

Listing information you submit — title, price, location, property details, photos.
Contact details — your name, email, phone/LINE, given when you list a property or send an inquiry.
Inquiry & payment-confirmation messages you send through the site.
Basic technical data — your browser stores favourites and search preferences locally (localStorage); our server keeps standard web access logs.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Card and online-banking payments are handled entirely by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe, SiamPay); we only receive a confirmation.

2. How we use it

To publish your listing and connect you with interested buyers.
To route buyer inquiries to the listing owner and notify us of new listings and payments.
To operate, secure, and improve the marketplace.

3. What's public vs. private

The listing details and photos you submit are public. Your email and phone are kept private — buyers reach you through OFS, and your contact is only shown publicly if you opt in. Inquiry messages are shared with the relevant listing owner.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run the marketplace — hosting, email delivery (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe, SiamPay) — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use minimal browser local storage for favourites, saved filters and (in the admin area) sign-in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the core marketplace.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep listing and inquiry data as long as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to remove your listing, at any time — just contact us.
